You Can Achieve Anything You Set Your Mind To Do!

I believe that you can achieve anything that you will set your mind to do! If you believe in yourself, then there are no limits to what you can achieve in your life. The only limits you have are the ones you put on yourself. Dream, believe, and then take action. Decide what you truly want in your life. Determine the life you want to live. And then take action to make it happen. Because you can create the life of your dreams if you want it badly enough. So, dream big, and then never give up!

You have to go after what you want in your life. Or you will be confined to the life that you have stumbled into. The majority of people live a life of mediocrity. Because they don’t make an effort to pursue their dreams. They just live their life, afraid to move out of their comfort zone. But is it a comfort zone? Or is it the lazy zone, the mediocre zone, and the timid zone?

You must believe that you have greatness within you. Because this is where true growth will happen that will enable you to live the life of your dreams. “What your mind can conceive and believe it can achieve.” Your mind is the key that will unlock the door to your true potential, your courage, your ambition, and your greatness in your life.

Change Your Mindset!

You can do away with the mindset of mediocrity! You just have to step up your game to take your life to a new level. The time is right now to go after what you truly want. Change your mindset and you will start to change your life! You will not see the world as it is, but as you want it to be. When you change your mindset for the better, then everything around you will change for the better. Your world will be a reflection of your inner world.

If you do not believe that you can achieve anything that you set your mind to do, it is because you have some false beliefs about yourself. Your beliefs are what dictate how you will live your life. If you don’t believe that you can be successful, then you will not take any action. You will continue doing the same things day after day. And you will never chase after your dreams.

You are capable of more than you know. Start today to reprogramme your mind. Don’t just settle for the so-called normal life. The majority of people do not work because they want to. It is because they have to pay their bills. Is that what the purpose of your work is? Just to pay your bills? If money was not an issue, what would you want to do in your life? How would you truly like to live your life? What is your answer? Everyone has an answer to that question. But the question is what are you spending your days doing? Are you just getting by, like the majority of people?

It doesn’t matter about your past. It doesn’t matter how young or old you are. And it doesn’t matter how many struggles or failures you have had. You can achieve anything you put your mind to! But, nothing will change until you decide to make it change. Is it time for you to turn the page and rewrite a new script? Don’t let the first chapter of your life determine the rest of your life.

Right now, resolve to be a new you. Be determined to succeed and live life on your terms. Make this day a new beginning. It’s time to focus your mind on your success.

The Cost of Credit Card Debt

Are you one of the few people who pay off their credit cards each month? Or, maybe you are one of the few people who don’t use credit cards at all – I congratulate you!

However, if you do carry a balance on your credit cards, then let’s take a look at what it is costing you.

According to MoneyGeek.com… The average cardholder had $5,668 in credit card debt in 2021. Individuals 75 or older had the most average credit card debt ($8,100), and those under 35 had the least ($3,700).

If we assume you carry an average balance of $8,000 on your credit. At a 17% interest rate then it is costing you about $1,360 a year in interest. If you didn’t have those credit cards, how much better off would you be? What could you do with the $1,360? Could you use it for a trip to see your grandchildren? Or for the trip, you have always wanted? How much better off would you be?

Would it be worth sitting down and looking at your situation to see if there is a way for you to eliminate your credit card debt in the next 12 months? Without you spending any additional money or sacrificing your current lifestyle?

Mental Health
Awareness Month

Each year millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness. Each year we fight stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for policies that support people with mental illness and their families.

The purpose of Mental Health Awareness Month is to raise awareness and educate the public about: mental illnesses, such as the 18.1% of Americans who suffer from Depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder; the realities of living with these conditions; and strategies for attaining mental health and wellness. It also aims to draw attention to suicide, which can be precipitated by some mental illnesses. Additionally, Mental Health Awareness Month strives to reduce the stigma (negative attitudes and misconceptions) that surrounds mental illnesses. The month came about by presidential proclamation!
